Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy โ€“ Hanson Trends

At Hanson Trends, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If something doesnโ€™t meet your expectations, we are here to assist. Please review our return and cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • โŒ Bags
  • โŒ Footwear
  • โŒ Customized or personalized items
  • โŒ Swimwear & Underwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Item-Specific Terms: Refer to the product page for any special return conditions.
  • Product Condition: Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Return Approval: All returns are subject to quality inspection and approval.

Eligible Return Reasons

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong item received
  • Product significantly differs from the online description

How to Initiate a Return

Shipping & Return Charges

  • Shipping (within India): Always FREE
  • Return Charges: โ‚น199 per returned order (for pickup and restocking)
  • Exchange Charges: Free exchanges for eligible orders within India (one-time only)

Refund Process

  1. Return Request Raised: Your return request is confirmed and the process is underway.
  2. Pickup Scheduled: Our courier partner will collect the item from your doorstep.
  3. Quality Check: Item will be inspected for damage, usage, and tags.
  4. Refund Initiation: Once approved, we initiate your refund.
  5. Refund Timeline: Youโ€™ll receive the refund in 7โ€“10 working days via the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted.
