At Hanson Trends, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If something doesnโt meet your expectations, we are here to assist. Please review our return and cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:

- โ Bags
- โ Footwear
- โ Customized or personalized items
- โ Swimwear & Underwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Item-Specific Terms: Refer to the product page for any special return conditions.
- Product Condition: Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Return Approval: All returns are subject to quality inspection and approval.

We accept returns only in the following situations:
- Damaged or defective product
- Wrong item received
- Product significantly differs from the online description
How to Initiate a Return

- Select the product you wish to return and follow the return instructions

- Visit our return portal (powered by Return Prime or similar Shopify app):
[Return Portal URL] - Enter your Order Number and Email or Phone Number to find your order and request a return.

Shipping & Return Charges
- Shipping (within India): Always FREE
- Return Charges: โน199 per returned order (for pickup and restocking)
- Exchange Charges: Free exchanges for eligible orders within India (one-time only)
Refund Process
- Return Request Raised: Your return request is confirmed and the process is underway.
- Pickup Scheduled: Our courier partner will collect the item from your doorstep.
- Quality Check: Item will be inspected for damage, usage, and tags.
- Refund Initiation: Once approved, we initiate your refund.
- Refund Timeline: Youโll receive the refund in 7โ10 working days via the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted.
